I work under the cottage bakery laws, and have a food handlers licence. This bread is made in a house with pets.

I use King Arthur Bread Flour, Water & Sea Salt.

For the Cheddar & Onion I use Tillamook Extra Sharp White Cheddar & organic onion powder.
